Refunds and Exchanges

We are able to exchange an item once within 14 days but unfortunately, we do not refund. Please let us know why you wish to change an item by emailing us at hello@thecouxmini.com. Any returned items will be at customer's expense.

We go through a stringent quality control check prior to sending items so we will make sure you do not receive a faulty item but if you deem an item faulty once it has arrived, please let us know and we will go through our procedures to amend the fault. Any matters regarding damage during transit will need to be taken up with the courier or postage service.

No exchange or refund on sale or clearance items.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping Australia wide of $9.95

Local pick up from Mackay, Qld is also available at no charge, this option will be available at checkout.

Packaging

We try our very best to make sure the packaging around your item looks great but sustainability is more important to us so you may receive boxes and/or fill that is re-used or recycled. All our packing is recyclable and we hope you continue to recycle it too.
