Mother's Day with Charliee Presley

I'm not going to lie, it was a pretty treacherous drive especially with a 9 month old baby in tow and no phone service to speak of. I thought I was lost and and as I was going further downhill on a dirt track I began to doubt my driving and navigational abilities more and more. The road was not city-folk friendly, heck it didn't even look car friendly but with some written instructions and some healthy fear I kept trekking on.
The Love Cabins are set in the picturesque Blue Mountains just past Bilpin. Scattered throughout bush and along mountain-tops, they are secluded, quirky with just a touch of rustic luxury. I was praying intently and telling Lenny it would be ok as a way of reassuring myself and just when I thought all hope was lost and I'd have to leave the car behind and bundle myself and a baby back up the hill, I turned a corner and saw the smiling faces of the crew and a magnificent cabin in the trees.
Lennox and I were lucky enough to be a part of a photo shoot for Charliee Presley for her Mother's Day campaign. If you haven't read my interview with the lovely Christina, you can read it here.
The eight Love Cabins all have very different offerings and our shoot took place in the Treehouse. Walking up a long and winding staircase will take you to the amazing loft, literally built in to a tree. The cabin is completely open with windows all around to take in the almost 360-degree view. It is also fully equipped with a king-size bed, kitchen, spa, balcony and spinning pole. I said they were quirky right?
The shoot was so much fun, the entire crew was amazing and Charliee Presley's gorgeous bouquets and flower crown shone. Plus, the crown and Tigerlily jumpsuit seriously made me feel like a queen!
